Auto-Renewal & Subscription Terms
A plain-language disclosure of how the iTenders trial, recurring billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation work — so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay.

The short version
- $9.99 today starts a 7-day trial of the plan you selected.
- On day 7, your selected plan begins and your card is charged the plan’s monthly fee automatically.
- The subscription renews every month at the same price until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing or the Stripe portal — it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
- We email you a receipt for every charge and give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.
1. What you are enrolling in
iTenders is a paid, automatically renewing subscription (a “negative option” plan). When you enter payment details and start your trial, you are authorizing Citadelle Advisory Group, LLC (“Citadelle,” “we”), through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis once the trial ends. This page explains those recurring terms in full; they also form part of our Terms of Service.
2. The trial and the first charge
2.1 Trial activation
iTenders offers a 7-day trial for a one-time $9.99 activation fee, charged at signup. A valid credit or debit card is required. The $9.99 is a one-time charge for the trial period and is separate from your monthly plan fee.
2.2 When the recurring charge begins
If you do not cancel before your trial ends, on day 7 your selected plan begins and your card is automatically charged that plan’s monthly fee. The exact plan and price you selected are shown to you on the checkout screen before you pay, and again in your billing settings after signup.
3. Plans, prices, and the renewal cycle
Current plan tiers and their monthly prices are published at /itenders-info and are shown at checkout before you confirm. After the trial:
- Your plan renews automatically every month on the same calendar day your paid period began.
- Each renewal charges the same monthly fee to the payment method on file until you cancel.
- The renewal continues for an indefinite number of billing cycles — there is no fixed end date — until you cancel it.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no phone call and no retention hurdle, using the same online account you signed up with:
- Open iTenders and go to Settings → Billing, then choose Cancel subscription; or
- Open the Stripe customer portal from the same Billing screen and cancel there.
Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. To avoid the first plan charge, cancel before your 7-day trial ends — you can do this from the moment you sign up.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. The $9.99 trial-activation fee is non-refundable once the trial has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at connect@citadelleadvisorygroup.com and we will review it promptly.
6. Notices we send you
- A receipt by email for the trial fee and for every monthly renewal charge.
- At least 30 days’ advance notice of any change to your plan price; price changes take effect at the next renewal, and continuing past that date is your acceptance of the new price.
- Notice of any material change to these auto-renewal terms, by email to active subscribers and inside the iTenders app.
7. Organization and seat-based billing
If you are on an organization plan, the organization administrator’s payment method is charged for all seats on the recurring cycle described above. Individual members added to an organization do not have separate subscriptions and are not charged by Stripe for their seat.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, Stripe may retry the charge over a short period. If payment cannot be collected, access to paid features may be suspended until billing is brought current.
